I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the theatre and close to everything I needed. The staff were fantastic, from the cleaners to the management, always friendly and helpful. The room amenities were great, including a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. I also loved the free toiletries and in-room safe.

This place would be perfect for families too, with a children's menu and cots available upon request.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, theatre and bus station, making transportation easy. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and the breakfast offered plenty of choices. The staff were friendly, professional and always willing to help.

After a busy day exploring the city, I retreated to the stylish bar at the hotel. The bartender, with infectious energy and expertise, crafted a delightful mocktail for me, making me feel like a glamorous secret agent sipping a concoction straight from a Bond movie. It was the perfect end to the day.

Nothing is perfect.

Our beds were very comfy and we had a great night's sleep. The room was clean and well-equipped with plenty of power sockets. We were impressed with the modern bathroom and the powerful shower. The staff were friendly and helpful with all our requests. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. we had a lovely stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city, close to everything. The train station was just a few minutes' walk away. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was great with a variety of options, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The view from the room showcased the city's skyline. The hotel had a cosy bar area that was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring.

The air conditioning system in the room was quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The rooms were superbly comfy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning was a dream, and having a kettle in the room meant we could enjoy a cuppa whenever we wanted. The flat-screen TV was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Personally, I found the shower pressure a bit too strong, but I know others might appreciate it.

Breakfast was not worth the price, with limited refills and running out of certain items. Some cleanliness issues were found, including hairs in the bed.

I dined away on one of the finest locally sourced meals, enjoyed the complimentary use of the gym, and loved the state-of-the-art meeting room facilities.

The coffee shop only had decaf, so disappointing for a caffeine lover like me.
